Our Guiding Principles
Tim Lynch – Owner / Creative Director
As owner of Print Graphics, Tim brings vision, creativity and problem-solving skills to every project that comes in the door. His career in design and creative direction includes 20+ years as Creative Director/Book Division of Andrews McMeel Publishing, where he worked with nationally recognized cartoonists and authors. His experience also includes providing design and creative services to small businesses, nonprofits and more. Tim has placed an emphasis on mentoring young creatives throughout his career, including the team at Print Graphics as well as his students at the Kansas City Art Institute, where he serves as an adjunct professor. When not at the studio, Tim can be found cheering on his K-State Wildcats, playing golf, fly fishing, riding his Harley, building stuff, walking the dog and spending time with his wife while she performs at local music venues.
Kyle Caswell – Production Manager / Art Director
Kyle, a.k.a. “Mr. Go To” is the man with the plan at Print Graphics. Kyle oversees each project in the studio, and makes sure each runs smoothly from start to finish. And as if that isn't enough, he also provides design services to our clients. Kyle has participated in the LEADership Blue Springs program, currently serves on the Blue Springs District Advisory Board, and is involved with several networking groups in the Blue Springs Area. Kyle received his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from Northwest Missouri State University. In his spare time, Kyle creates custom wood art pieces which he exhibits at local art shows.
Alexis Brantley – Senior Graphic Designer
Alexis brings a creative eye to her work at Print Graphics. You’ll find her in our studio creating logos and brand standards, business essential products, signage, posters, themes for events, and generally solving problems once thought unsolvable. She prides herself on her originality — no designs from templates on her watch! Alexis studied design at DeVry University where she enjoyed pursuing a major in Digital Media Design and Illustration. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her working on other types of art projects, hanging out with her pets, or playing video games.
Courtney Schelp – Graphic Designer
Courtney has an excellent eye for design — both as a designer and a photographer. At Print Graphics, Courtney provides design services for business essentials, logos, custom invitations and more. She graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interactive Digital Media - Visual Imaging and a minor in Photography. Courtney enjoys problem solving for clients in a creative way, often exceeding expectations with the finished product. Outside of work, she enjoys designing graphics for her Etsy apparel shop, creating watercolor and oil paintings, and hanging out with her hamster, Monte.
Pam Bartow – Office Administrator
That friendly face when you walk in the door at Print Graphics? That’s Pam, our Chief First Impression Officer. She assists with deliveries, finalizing orders, production, office administration … let’s face it, she does it all. Including networking in several area business groups and helping run the events that Print Graphics supports.
Heidi Mae – Shop Dog / Princess
Yes, she will bark at you when you enter, but don’t let that fool you: This rescue dog-turned-pampered princess is a friend just waiting to get to know you — provided you do it on her terms. And preferably bearing treats.
